Resting Rocky Mountain Elk

We were working along the same ridgeline and trail system as the Sandhill Cranes, here was this majestic elk in Yellowstone National Park as we were coming down into Gardiner, Montana.  The black and white effect really highlighted the mist and fog that this elk was most certainly enjoying while taking a break!
